Free Bali wedding planning tools

Two tools we built for couples planning a wedding in Bali – free to use, no sign-up, no email required.

In short

Bali Wedding Queen offers two free planning tools: a Bali wedding budget calculator that turns your guest count, style, month and extras into a realistic 2026 budget with a full cost breakdown, and a wedding date checker that shows the season, exact sunset and golden hour in Uluwatu and warns for Nyepi, Galungan, Kuningan and public holidays.

Planning a wedding on the other side of the world raises two questions before anything else: when should we get married, and what will it cost? Most websites answer both with “it depends”. We built these tools so you get a concrete answer in a minute – based on the Bali calendar, the sun in Uluwatu and real local prices.

The budget calculator: what it does

The calculator adds up the building blocks of every Bali wedding: planning and coordination, venue and ceremony set-up, catering and drinks per guest, decoration and flowers and a wedding cake. On top of that you choose extras such as a photographer, videographer, music, a Balinese blessing with dancers, hair and make-up or a legal wedding.

The date checker: what it shows

Bali has its own rhythm. The island goes completely silent on Nyepi (the airport closes for 24 hours), and every 210 days the Balinese celebrate Galungan and Kuningan. The date checker flags these, together with Idul Fitri and the festive season, and calculates for your exact date:

How to use the tools in your planning

  1. Pick two or three possible dates and run them through the date checker.
  2. Calculate your budget for the best date with your expected number of guests.
  3. Compare scenarios – fewer guests, another month or a different style – to see what really moves the price.
  4. Send us your favourite scenario for a personal proposal from Bella Vida in Uluwatu.

Frequently asked

Are the Bali wedding planning tools really free?

Yes. Both tools are completely free, work in your browser and need no sign-up or email address. Only if you want a personal quote do you send us your details – and that is optional.

Which tool should we use first?

Start with the date checker to find a good month and avoid Nyepi or Galungan, then use the budget calculator for that month – the season changes the price by up to 10–18%.

How reliable are the results?

The date checker calculates sunset for Uluwatu to within about two minutes and uses the official Indonesian holiday decree for 2027 and the Balinese Pawukon calendar. The budget calculator uses typical 2026 market prices in Bali and shows a range, not a fixed quote.

Can you send us a quote based on the calculator?

Yes. Click “Get an exact quote for this” in the calculator: your choices are copied into our contact form, so we can reply with a personal proposal straight away.
